TaLegacy is not directed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If we discover that we have collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 16, we will promptly delete it from our systems.

We take reasonable steps, including administrative, technical and physical safeguards, to protect your Personal Data against loss, theft or misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no security is infallible, and the Internet is not a secure medium. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we make every effort to protect TaLegacy and you against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of the Personal Data we collect and store. Measures we take may include encrypting TaLegacy website communications using SSL; periodically auditing our Personal Data collection, storage and processing practices; and restricting access to your Personal Data on a need-to-know basis for our employees, subcontractors and agents who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be subject to disciplinary action or dismissal for failure to comply with these obligations.
- Conservation
We retain your Personal Data for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide services to you, for legitimate business purposes and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. TaLegacy is a global company based in France, with servers at OVH. Data is therefore stored in France. Data from each country may be processed in its own country as well as in France. These other countries may have privacy or data protection rules that differ from those in your country. However, we will take steps to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your Personal Data is protected in accordance with the standards described in this Privacy Policy. Your rights

You may ask TaLegacy to disclose the categories of Personal Data we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which your Personal Data is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling or sharing your Personal Data, the categories of third parties from whom we disclose your Personal Data, and the specific elements of the Personal Data we have collected about you.
- Right to erasure. You may request TaLegacy to delete Personal Data about you that we have collected from you. Please note that there are certain reasons why we will not be able to fully comply with your request, for example if we need to complete a transaction for you, to detect and protect against fraudulent and illegal activity, to exercise our rights, for our internal purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.
- Right of rectification. You may ask TaLegacy to rectify inaccurate Personal Data that we may hold about you, subject to appropriate verification.
How to submit a request
You may request access to, deletion of, or correction of your Personal Data by following the link to exercise your privacy rights on your Account Profile page or by e-mailing us at privacy[a]talegacyremembered.com. We are legally required to verify your identity when you make a request. We may ask you for additional information, such as your date of birth or a personal identification number, to verify your identity. TaLegacy will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, after completing the necessary verifications, unless we require additional time, in which case we will let you know. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may refuse your request. Requests for deletion of Personal Data must also be confirmed by e-mail.
Agent requests
You may appoint an agent to make a request on your behalf regarding your privacy rights.agents will need to demonstrate that they are authorized to act on your behalf or have power of attorney in accordance with applicable legal provisions. TaLegacy reserves the right to ask you directly for confirmation that the agent is authorized to make such a request or to request additional information to verify the agent's identity.Authorized agents are not permitted to use a consumer's Personal Data or any other information collected from or about the consumer for any purpose other than responding to requests or conducting verifications.
Unsubscribe requests
